RE: REGISTRATION AGENDA
The Operative Evaluation team has successfully completed the initial phase of staff review and analysis. This was necessary as a result of events that took place in 2010, a subsequent reorganization of senior staff and most importantly, the confirmation of theoretical hypothesis uncovered in 2012.
An official Investigation has been authorized to be executed in three phases;
- New (and renewed) Operative Registration to begin immediately
- Operative Research and Investigations to begin in late August
- Field Operations to commence 9-20-13
Early registration rewards operatives with weekly communication not available to others.
