The official Universal Studios Japan features a page devoted to this new attraction, and there is, thankfully, an English version.
The 2015 “Biohazard” attraction appears to be the largest and most-intense yet:
“In this real experience-type entertainment, guests work to solve riddles and escape from a secret room within the time limit [60 minutes].”
“This brand-new Real Escape Game must be taken not only with intellectual power but also courage and physical strength.
Inside a huge, four-story television station building that reproduces the world of the RESIDENT EVIL (or BIOHAZARD) video games, guests must withstand multiple zombie attacks and laser traps, and also work to solve riddles.”
Universal Studios Japan offered its first ‘experience-type’ attraction with 2013’s “Biohazard/Resident Evil: The Real.” It has since been followed by a second “Biohazard” attraction in 2014, as well as other experiences based on the popular “Monster Hunter,” “Evangelion” and “Attack on Titan” franchises.
“Biohazard: The Real” is only available from January 23, 2015 through May 10, 2015. For more information on “Biohazard: The Escape,” please visit the official Universal Studios Japan website, in Japanese or in English.
